My philosophy is "cause no pain, do no harm." I am a micromanaged trainer who is a stickler about form and technique. These concepts are important to maximize client safety and training efficiency while in the gym.
Therefore, I holistically have my clients best interest at heart. Mind and body. Training and tending to my clients and people is my passion not just a job to pay the bills.
